If you are a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter, we want to share your news! It MUST be related to children’s or YA literature or we can’t list it.
Good News
If you meet the deadline, your announcement will be compiled with others and appear on the Good News Page of our regional site as well as in the monthly e-announcement.

You must be a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter to announce your news. Your news must be related to children’s literature/media and can include:
• publications (book, story, etc) |
• Subject line: GOOD NEWS
• Name
• Email
• Your good news (please follow the guidelines below and keep to 50 words!)
•Your news must be related to children’s literature/media
• Written in the 3rd person
• Paragraph format
• Title of books and magazines – all caps
** 50 word maximum! If your news is a published work, please include the publisher’s name, date of publication, and the type of work (short story, nonfiction article, novel, poem, etc.) You may also include a one-line description of the piece. (i.e. Chris Jones’s book, MERCURY RISING, will be published in 2013 by ABC Publishers)
BOOK REVIEW INSTRUCTIONS
Only reviews of books published in the past three months (we understand that sometimes reviews come out well in advance of a books release so it’s fine to use a link to an older review as long as the book was released in the past three months)
* Include the book title, byline, reviewer name and a link to the review
* Only one review per book so pick the best one!

Booksignings or Events “of Interest”

NOTE: “Of interest” events are events that RMC members might like to know about or attend, such as writing or illustrating classes or workshops you are teaching locally and that are specifically related to children’s literature.
