Dow Phumiruk will talk about her publishing career to date and what she’s learned along the way. From honing the craft of writing and illustrating, maximizing your SCBWI membership, and catching the attention of an agent or editor, to working with the publishing team, meeting deadlines for contracted work, and getting subsequent offers, she’ll share practical advice for your publication journey. She’ll also share sneak peeks of her upcoming projects. Q&A to follow.
