Get Registered for Letters & Lines 2022!

Due to the way the registration system is structured, all sessions (both included and optional) are listed under EVENT EXTRAS. If you want to change your session selection, you must DESELECT an option before you will be able to select another one. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

You are not held to your included session selections (you can change your mind when you arrive), but your selection upon registration helps us to assign sessions to conference rooms. If you have any questions, please email the registrar at registrar.rmc.scbwi@gmail.com.

Tips for Registering:

SCBWI members: Be sure to sign in with your username and password before you start the registration process in order to take advantage of the member discounts and opportunities (i.e., manuscript critiques are offered to members only).

The first page will show $0 for SCBWI members for the conference. We wish it could be free! Unfortunately, this is just a feature of the registration system. The member costs for the conference is $280 for early bird pricing (ends on July 31) and $315 after that.

Manuscript Critiques, Portfolio Reviews, and Intensives (workshops and roundtables) are additional and fill up quickly.

To sign up for a Manuscript Critique, you must register by July 31. To sign up for a Portfolio Review, you must register by September 2.

Open the 2022 Conference Schedule Booklet 7.16.22 in a new window for all the details while making your session selections.

If you are registering for only one day (Saturday ONLY or Sunday ONLY), please only check the boxes for sessions occurring that day. For example, if you are registering for Sunday ONLY, do not choose a lunch option on Saturday.

Payments are accepted through PayPal, either with a PayPal account or as a guest with a debit/credit card.

*Once you reach the PayPal payment page, you cannot go back and edit your registration. Be aware that your spot is NOT confirmed until payment is complete. If you navigate away from the payment page without paying, complete the following steps to confirm your registration:

*Log into your SCBWI account on SCBWI.org and visit your profile page by clicking on “My Home” in the top right hand corner of any SCBWI page.

*Scroll down and click on “Event History.” This will bring up all the SCBWI events you’ve attended with 2022 Letters & Lines near the top.

*The status for Letters & Lines will say something like “Awaiting PayPal Payment.” Click the link to the right and it should take you to the page that allows you to complete payment. You should receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter, and your registration will be complete!
