Delighted that Colorado Authors’ League selected I Will Dance written by Nancy Bo Flood, illustrated by Julianna Swaney, as winner for Best Children’s Picture Book. ‘Rowdy Randy’ is Wyoming’s Selection for National Book Festival 2021. Written by Casey Day Rislov & illustrated by Zachary Pullen. Rowdy Randy is a children’s picture book telling the story of a bronc bustin’ horsefly. She acts taller than any tall tale.
