PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we have postponed all in-person events as a public health measure. We continue to monitor the situation and will update you with changes.
In the meantime, please continue to follow CDC and health department guidelines to prevent spread of COVID-19 illness. This includes: current social distancing, practicing good hand hygiene, avoidance of touching your face with unwashed hands, and staying home if sick. Please visit the CDC.gov for additional information.
SCBWI REFUND POLICY
For the time being, SCBWI has revised its refund policy for in-person events through the end of August to allow cancellation without penalty if needed. If you or a member of your family are or have been sick, and you therefore cannot attend an event, you will be able to receive a full tuition refund up until the day of the event so that you can stay home, take care of yourself and your family, and prevent the spread of illness. If you or a member of your family has a condition which compromises their immunity defenses, you may also request a refund should you choose to stay home.
